Pretty house near City / Canary Wharf / LCY

I have a bright and cosy double bedroom available in my pretty Victorian terrace for Monday to Friday let.

There is lots of living space, and I have an en suite bathroom so the main bathroom would almost exclusively be yours - particularly during morning getting ready time!

I have a lovely leafy garden which also has a hot tub. The temperature can be adjusted for hot or cool weather so it’s been fantastic this summer.

The rent includes all bills, including fast WiFi and a fortnightly cleaner.

My place is 15-25 minutes door-to-door from the City, Canary Wharf, City Airport and Stratford, so very easy to commute and get around. Plaistow station is 5 minutes away (District Line, H&C Line), and West Ham is 10 minutes away (Jubilee Line, DLR, C2C rail which goes into Fenchurch Street in 10 minutes). I could potentially arrange a parking permit if needed.

I’m a professional woman in my late 30s working in finance, very social/friendly but also happy with my own company. I’m normally in the office Tuesday to Thursday. I have a (very nice) boyfriend but he isn’t around as much during the week.

I also have a very silly cat little called Momo. She’s very independent and well-behaved - she’s selectively affectionate, thinks human food is gross and isn’t destructive so is pretty chill to have around.
