The Small double, *available now*: A cosy double with a rear-facing balcony. Built in cupboards and wardrobes, a set of shelves and a chair. A glass door leads on to the balcony, the room is very quiet at night and cosy. £425pcm on a Monday-Friday basis.
The large double, *available from April, tbc*: West-facing master bedroom room with two large windows facing a quiet street. Furniture includes a double bed, a table and chairs, shelves, chest of drawers, bedside table and a large wardrobe. £550pcm Mon-Fri.
Rooms in large Victorian terrace 12 minutes' walk from Maryland Station, with Stratford and the Olympic Park nearby. Sharing with me, the live-in landlord, and a large cat called Bertie. Downstairs there's a modern kitchen, large walk-through living room, back garden, and a large downstairs bathroom. On the first floor is an additional loo and my office.
Please note while the cat goes outside, there is a litter tray in the shared bathroom. This may not suit everyone.
About me: a journalist interested in cycling, transport, the environment, dancing, hiking, the outdoors, music - a bad guitar player - and many other things! Low-key but friendly. I've a lot of experience letting to lodgers.
