Two double rooms available in East London!

I'm looking for two new housemates to take over two double rooms in a lovely 3-bed house in Stratford from mid May!

The logistics:
Rent for smaller room is £650, bigger room £695, plus £70-£100 bills (council tax is included in rent so it’s an absolute steal for the area).

The rooms:
Room 1: small double with built in storage, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Room 2: bigger double room is also furnished with a bed, bedside tables, mirrors, dresser, wardrobe and desk.

The house:
3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, living room and garden. Located in a residential area, we have a lot of greenery nearby including the Olympic Park. 15 min walk to Stratford station and a 10 min walk to Bow Road station so excellent transport links! There is a big Tesco 10 mins walk away, a Lidl, Sainsbury’s and several other supermarkets in Stratford town centre.

About me:
You’d be living with myself (30). I work in publishing and I’m into art, the theatre, travelling and yoga. Looking for two likeminded girls who are social and would be up for doing things as a house and becoming friends! My old housemates are lifelong best friends now so looking for a similar arrangement, someone who will be up for hanging out and being friends, but also respectful of each other’s space and downtime as London life gets busy!

About you:
Someone likeminded, late 20s/early 30s who works full-time, who is clean, friendly and easygoing - I'm super keen to find someone who also cares about living somewhere nice, making it a home (definitely not a party house).
