Double room available in East London!

I'm looking for one new housemate to take over a small double room in a lovely 3-bed house in Stratford from mid May!

The logistics:
Rent for the room is £680, plus £70-£100 bills (council tax is included in rent so it’s an absolute steal for the area).

The room is a double with built in storage, furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

The house:
3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, living room and garden. Located in a residential area, we have a lot of greenery nearby including the Olympic Park. 15 min walk to Stratford station and a 10 min walk to Bow Road station so excellent transport links! There is a big Tesco 10 mins walk away, a Lidl, Sainsbury’s and several other supermarkets in Stratford town centre.

You’d be living with myself (30) and Shadia (32). I work in publishing and Shadia is a video editor.
We’re looking for someone late 20s/early 30s who works full-time ideally not from home, who is clean, friendly and easygoing - I'm super keen to find someone who also cares about living somewhere nice, making it a home (definitely not a party house).
