Bright & Cozy Room Available – Move In From 1st May

A warm and inviting room is available in a lovely, spacious flat from 1st May. The room comes fully furnished with a comfy bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and two sets of drawers, plus additional storage under the bed—perfect for keeping everything organised while still feeling calm and uncluttered.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me — a friendly 34-year-old creative who works for herself. The flat itself is bright, spacious, and full of character, with a large living area, a huge balcony, and even space for bikes. I really value keeping it clean, tidy, and relaxing — somewhere that genuinely feels calm and homely to come back to at the end of the day.

During the week I’m usually quite structured with work, gym, cooking, and relaxed evenings, but at weekends I’m more sociable and often out seeing friends, going for drinks, dinners, or exploring London. I’d love to find someone with a similar balance — laid back, considerate, independent, but also up for the occasional movie night, wine, chat in the kitchen, or just making the flat feel like an actual home rather than two people simply coexisting.

My last flatmate and I got on so well and it genuinely felt more like living with a friend/sister, so I’d love to find a similar dynamic again.

The location is super convenient: just a 3-minute walk to Maryland Station (around 20 minutes direct into central London) and a 10-minute walk to Stratford Station for additional transport links, shops, gyms, cafés, and everything else you might need.

Bills aren’t included and come to around £150 per month.

I’m ideally looking for another girl around a similar age who’s friendly, tidy, easygoing, and ideally a bit creative too.
