There are two furnished double rooms available:

🛏️ Room 2: £990 per month

Bills are not included and usually come to around £200 per month in total. I currently manage the bills and flatmates transfer their share to me monthly.

The flat itself is clean, spacious and cosy, with a separate living area and a large kitchen. It’s on the first floor and has a lovely view by the canal.

A bit about me: I’m quiet, chill, respectful and very clean, so I’m looking for flatmates with a similar vibe. Ideally, I’d love to live with people who are friendly, tidy, considerate and enjoy a peaceful home environment.

The new tenants will be added to the tenancy and deposit certificate, and agency referencing will be required.
