I'm Amber & moving into a cute 2 bed house in MARYLAND (2mins from Lizzie line/or 8mins walk from STRATFORD) on a pedestrianised street, that's being completely renovated + it has a garden!
FURNITURE BEING DELIVERED 28TH JULY/HOUSE STILL WIP!
VIEWINGS 30TH JULY - 2ND AUG, MOVE IN DATE BETWEEN 1ST AUG - 1ST SEPT.
THE HOUSE: 2 storey house, large lounge, brand new kitchen, two DOUBLE bedrooms (both upstairs), 1 bathroom (downstairs - with new bath and shower). New carpets being fitted too.
& a private garden that gets the sun & very friendly neighbours :)
BILLS: Est. around £130 - £160pcm per person
THE AREA: I am actually moving from literally next-door (!) so I can vouch that the street is nice and it's super rare to rent a x2 bed house that is entirely yours, as opposed to a high rise flat. It's very quiet due to it's location of being away from a main road. I love the area because it's so easy to commute from and the Olympic village/hackney wick is a nice walk away. Close to a big supermarket and Westfield also (dangerously) close.
YOU: I'm looking for another professional to share the house with - I am super house proud and like a house to feel like a home.
I am looking for someone that's got their own life but equally social (i. e I'm up for wine in the evening while we watch TV but also happy to have time in our own rooms/spaces). Must be clean, considerate and good vibes! LGBTQ friendly essential :)
ABOUT ME: I'm a TV producer, lived in London since uni and often work in Soho/East London. Quite often will be away at least 1 or 2 weekends and I generally work from home 1 day a week but that can change because I'm freelance. I usually work on true crime docs.
