Room in spacious 3 bed East London flat

Due to our current third flatmate moving out to study his Master's from home, we are looking for someone to join us in our flat, having enjoyed living here for the past year. We're between Plaistow and West Ham tube stations, and only a short bus/walk to Stratford, so there are plenty of ways to get into central London from here!

To us, the most appealing part of this flat is the open plan living room and kitchen, which is a light and spacious area. Joe has an en suite, so it would only be you and I that share the downstairs bathroom.

Joe and I are both former music students, and we enjoy a mix of playing gigs/concerts ourselves as well as other work within the music industry. We are proud to say that we keep the place clean and tidy, and would hope to find someone who can maintain that with us going forwards.

Both Joe and I are outgoing and sociable people, but love to spend time in the flat watching TV or cooking/baking too. If we do go out in the evenings, it tends to be to have a pint or two at one of our local pubs, or exploring new ones further afield.

We enjoy running and cycling, so the nearby Greenway, Olympic Park, West Ham Park, and Wanstead Flats were one of the reasons that the area appealed to us when we moved here originally. There is also a bike shed downstairs which saves us from storing our bikes in the flat!

Rent is £750 a month, with bills not included. It tends to be around £50-60 a month each in total for gas, electricity, water, and WiFi.

We are in Council Tax band B, and are paying around £50 a month each for council tax. We are happy for students to enquire, though would still expect to split the cost of Council Tax three ways.

There is on-street parking which is very cheap as residents of the road, as well as a private car park for the building, which is £50 p/m, though we currently don't have a parking space there.
