Hello! We have a small double room coming up, avalable from the 12th September 2026.

We have a 3 bed house with kitchen, large living/dining area + a lovely garden and patio .

Leyton/Stratford - E15
Walking distance to Leyton Underground, ,Stratford tubes/overground + Maryland Lizzie Line.
Buses 158,58 and 69.

Housemates
Two chill 30 something girlies living a chill beautiful life. Home is very calm and not party at all. We love to cook for eachother and watch telly together. Looking for a new gal to join us as our friend is relocating to Scotland <3

Pets
There is one well behaved cat Babushka who loves attention, and one tortoise Jim. Ideally no other pets.

Room is £775 - Ottoman storage bed + mattress included.

Use of loft and downstairs storage is available as well as a garden shed.
Also we have lovely landlords who let us have free reign over decoration so you can paint, add bookshelves, whatever you fancy to the room no questions asked.

Taking over the lease we ideally will signing on for another 2 years, but no obligation to stay the whole time.
