Hello! we’re Hawks (they/he) and Meg (she/her), and we’re looking for a friendly, respectful housemate to join us in this lovely Maryland home, a stone’s throw from Stratford and just a 5-minute walk from the Elizabeth line.

The home is a beautiful Victorian terraced house at the end of a quiet residential street. Reuben, who is moving out, has spent 12 very happy years here, renting directly from our lovely landlord and with various wonderful housemates. It is truly is a home to cherish rather than just another generic professional house share.

The ground floor is a large open-plan living room and beautiful, light and airy kitchen extension with folding doors opening out onto a beautiful little patio and garden which gets sunlight all day! There is also a downstairs toilet. The available bedroom is on the top floor with an en-suite bathroom.

The room: A beautiful, light and airy space set on its own level on the second floor, complete with private landing and en-suite bathroom. The room benefits from incredible natural light and offers ample storage space. (Note we rent the house unfurnished, so although the living space is already amply furnished with our existing furniture, you will need your own bed etc.). At the moment the rent for this room 990£ PCM, bills included.

🎋 My name is Hawks (they/he), I am 23 and come from Colombia! 🇨🇴 I work in the art department for films! I love dancing, listening to music and singing, I’m trying to learn how to play the guitar 🎸. Love David Bowie, My Chemical Romance, Gorillaz, Queen… I also love watching movies, and Halloween is my favourite time of the year!

🎋 My name is Meg, I am 27 years old and work as a Nurse in central London. In my spare time I enjoy running (currently training for my first ever marathon🫣), yoga, gym, reading and also love watching movies and dramas!
