I'm moving into a lovely two-bedroom house on Ellingham Road in Leyton and looking for someone to share it with from 4 November.

The house has a spacious separate lounge with dining area, a modern kitchen with plenty of space, and a garden. It's a proper house rather than a flat share, and you'd only be sharing with one other person (me!).

The bedroom measures approximately 3m × 3.5m and comes semi-furnished with a double bed. You may want to bring a few extra bits to make it your own, and there's some additional storage available too.

Great location in Leyton, within walking distance of Leyton Station (Central Line), with plenty of independent cafés, pubs, restaurants, shops and green spaces nearby.

💰 Rent & Bills

💷 Rent: £1,050 per month

💡 Bills: Split equally, estimated at around £200 per person per month

I'll be renting the house from a friend who owns it and will be the main tenant, so you'll be dealing directly with me.

👋 A Bit About Me

I'm Jonny, 38, and run my own street food business. Outside work I'm into surfing, the gym, running, music and eating out. I keep pretty busy and am sometimes away for work or surf trips.

🏠 Who I'm Looking For

I'm looking for someone friendly, considerate and tidy who'd enjoy making the house feel like a home.

Ideally, I'd like to live with someone who enjoys the occasional chat or hanging out in the communal spaces, but equally values their own space and independence. A relaxed, friendly household where we both feel comfortable doing our own thing.

The house would probably suit someone who works outside the home most of the week, although hybrid working a few days a week is absolutely fine.
