The room is furnished with a white wooden IKEA bed and brand new mattress, a chest of drawers, cupboard and shelves. The bed has a built in headboard and shelves either side, plus 4 drawer storage underneath the bed itself.

The room has the original wooden floorboards, which have been sanded and varnished. Bedding and towels can be provided if needed.

The house is a 3 bedroom Victorian terraced house, in a quiet residential street, with a large kitchen and a shared sitting room and bathroom. There is a 2nd toilet on the ground floor.

The property also has a garden which has a garden table and chairs for shared use.

The property is 7 minutes walk from West Ham Underground Station, 5 minutes walk from Abbey Rd DLR Station, 8 minutes walk from Plaistow Underground Station and 12 minutes walk from Stratford Station.

There are shops within 4 minutes walk and Westfield Shopping Centre is 10-12 minute walk away.

Street parking outside the property is free evenings and weekends. (Free) parking permits need to be displayed between 10am- midday Mon-Fri.
