Double room in West Ham for rent

Two of my flatmates are moving out (not because of me, I promise!) from our top floor flat in West Ham, and after finding a friend to take one of the rooms, there is one left available.

The room is furnished, with a double bed, desk and two wardrobes (although one can be removed!). It's the room I have been living in for 3 years and I'm only moving to the other bedroom because I fancy a little bit more space (and will be paying a bit more for it too!)

The flat itself is situated on a residential road, at the top of a block, so there's no worries about noisy neighbours above. It has a shared kitchen, shared shower/bath, and a shared living room.

I'm a relaxed guy working in finance, and Matt works for the department of education. We like the typical things - food, films, tv, going for drinks/having them at home and would like someone similar to join us. Hopefully looking for someone we can hang out with in the living room sometimes but is also fine with the fact we can all have very different schedules. We're both clean, tidy individuals and certainly don't want to live in a bomb site!

Bills currently cost £63 a month including council tax, fibre broadband, gas and elec, and water.

There is parking available for £100/year (split with me, as I already have the 'free' permit, would happily split the cost of the second), should you want it.

Let us know if you have any questions at all! It's a great price for a double in a very well connected area of london - I commute to Wimbledon and Matt to Westminster and it's great.

Deposit is 1 months rent and there are zero fees as the landlord is private.
