Nice, bright double room available for a single professional.
Double bed and an inbuilt wardrobe and a dresser are in the room.
Clean, quiet house in a calm area.
Currently 2 quiet and tidy professionals living here looking for someone similar in that respect. We keep the house spotless. We clean after ourselves properly, mediocre won’t do. One of the tenants has a friendly indoor cat and we accept other friendly indoor cats (or small pets like rabbits).
I am moving out because I’m leaving London, and I’m looking for my replacement, I’ve been 5 years in this house and love living here and the current flatmates are lovely.
There is bus stop for 2 day buses and a night bus next to the house.
Beautiful park with a small lake 2 min walk.
Lidl and Asda nearby.
Rent is £670pcm , £770 deposit required.
Water bill and council tax included, other bills are shared (i. e. gas, electricity, broadband).
Prefer someone who doesn’t wfh due to bills being more when people wfh.
Brownie points if you come with own mattress or can get one, as the one in the room is mine and I would prefer to take it with me.
