An ensuite room in a townhouse in the Woolwich Reach development. Gorgeous Thames river views with a private back and front patio and a managed private community deck.
The kitchen, laundry and a toilet are on the ground floor, the sitting room and your ensuite bedroom are on the 1st floor and I am on the top floor. Your room comes furnished with a built in wardrobe, bed and desk.

The ceilings are 8-12 feet high, so if you're tall, there will be no issues with height!
There is guaranteed space in the covered and locked bike rack storage in the car park. There is a monthly service charge for the community deck, bike racks, window cleaning etc. which is included in your rent.
The council tax is Band E, which you will contribute £50 a month towards. Car parking availability can be discussed.

The house is 30 seconds walk to the Royal Victoria Gardens with multiple tennis courts, basketball and ping pong tables and is adjacent to the Jubilee Walkway for 15 miles of pedestrian access. We are 2 minutes to a Nisa local and the library and 2 minutes to the Woolwich Foot Tunnel, from which you can reach Woolwich which has lots of shops and the gym. Also, 5 minutes to King George V DLR station and close to the Elizabeth Line with direct access to Liverpool Street and Heathrow. City Airport is a short bus ride away or one stop on the DLR.

I am an ex-scientist, currently working at a Patent Law firm. I have lived for 3 years in the US, working at Harvard Medical School, where I was researching diabetic eye disease and COVID. I enjoy hikes for views, classical music, action films and although I never joined the lockdown bread making trend, I do enjoy trying/ failing at new recipes.

I am looking for a working professional to live with who is clean and not hoover-phobic. Non-traditional hours e. g. healthcare nightshifts are fine. No frequent visitors or parties. No smoking, no drugs and no animals allowed.
