Double Room in 2B2B with private bathroom

Hi I’m Adeline and I’m staying in a 2B2B with my partner. We are professionals and I work hybrid. We are Malaysian Chinese. We are easy going and enjoy cooking simple meals. We work from home around 2 days a week.

I am looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom as the current tenant is leaving the UK in late July. You will have a private bathroom shared only with guests.

The building is very new, we moved in in June this year. It comes with a state of the art gym with pool and a beautiful lounge with river Thames view suitable for wfh. If you are not familiar with the surrounding it is one stop away from Canning Town on the DLR. Sainsbury local, Chinese supermarket, pharmacy, post office, dry cleaner, Starbucks and local cafes are all within 5-8 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is very young and has two nurseries.

The flat comes with a TV in the living area and we enjoy playing PS together sometimes. The flat is in the sixth floor.
The rent includes bills (council electricity water and internet). The flat also comes with automatic cooling system for those hot summer days.

Female preferred. 25-30 preferred.
