Hey :)
I’m renting out the second bedroom in my new apartment and looking for a like-minded flatmate to share the space with.
The room is a spacious furnished double. I have my own en-suite, so you’d have the main bathroom to yourself which is situated next to the bedroom. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, so there’s plenty of privacy and personal space.
The flat is a 3-minute walk from West Ham station with excellent transport links with the jubilee line, DLR Hammersmith and city and district lines. It’s part of a new development with great amenities currently being completed. It is Band C council tax.
A bit about me, I work from home during the week and DJ at weekends. I’m sociable and enjoy the occasional dinner, movie night or catch-up, but I also value having our own independence and routines.
As I work from home during the week, I’m ideally looking for someone who’s office-based or hybrid rather than fully remote, just to keep a good balance in the space.
I’m looking for a professional who’s easy-going, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I prefer a calm home environment rather than a party flat.
The living area is mostly furnished but still has a few things to arrive. I’ll be starting viewings this week and I’m open to shorter or longer terms for the right person. Sorry but this isn’t for couples.
If it sounds like a good fit, drop me a message and tell me a bit about yourself :)
