Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s tenancy in our lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Royal Wharf, E16. Move in date is 1st September but documents need to be submitted by the 8th of August.

The room:

Spacious double bedroom with your own en-suite bathroom
Rent: £1,250 per month
Bills: Approximately £200 per month each (includes council tax, utilities and internet)
Deposit: £1326.92

The flat is modern, bright and well looked after, with a spacious open-plan living/kitchen area. Royal Wharf is a great neighbourhood with excellent transport links, riverside walks, supermarkets, cafés and a free gym, pool, sauna, etc nearby.

A bit about me:
I’m a data analyst in my early 30s, originally from Ghana. I work full-time in London (mostly hybrid) and enjoy keeping the flat clean, tidy and relaxed. I’m sociable and always up for a chat or the occasional meal or drink.

I’m ideally looking for someone in their 20s or 30s who’s friendly, considerate and tidy.
