The Room: Features a clever single bed that easily opens up into a comfortable double bed. It comes furnished, but if you need any additional furniture, we are happy to provide it upon request!

Your Own Bathroom: You will have your own separate bathroom.

The Shared Space: A bright, cozy living room featuring a large TV equipped with all major streaming subscriptions—perfect for unwinding in the evenings.

The Flatmate & Dynamic:
You’ll be sharing the flat with a 35-year-old female professional working as a Data Scientist in the City. She splits her week between commuting to the office (3 days) and working from home (2 days). On weekends, she loves staying active—whether that’s hiking outdoors, hitting the gym, trying out new restaurants, or catching up with friends.

There is also a super cute pet kitten in the flat, so you must be cat-friendly and happy to share a space with a little furry companion!

Location & Commuting:
Situated in the vibrant E16 area, this location is perfect for professionals commuting into the City, Canary Wharf, or central London, offering excellent transport links and local amenities right on your doorstep.
