The house is a lovely very spacious 4 storey 5 bedroom town house with 1 room available (only 3 other occupants, there will be a max of 4 people in the house)

The house is a clean, tidy, large, very spacious and a relaxed household with a shared kitchen/diner, so it offers all the privacy and space you could need when living with others and the opportunity to interact when you're feeling sociable. The house is tastefully furnished and well maintained.

The room will be available from 15th July. The current occupants are warm, peaceful, calm, respectful and busy working or studying. Looking for similar occupants, chilled, low key, not party people.

The location is quiet but very well connected for Canary Wharf (15 mins door to door) and City & West End 35 mins door to door. The closest station is Star Lane DLR station, a 2-3 minute walk. Canning Town and West Ham Tube Stations are 10 mins walk or 1 stop on the DLR. It is 10 minutes to Stratford and Stratford International, for TFL Rail, Overground and International Rail lines. City Airport is a few stops away on the DLR so trips to Europe are super convenient!

The local area is continuing to undergo extensive development so new restaurants are popping up all the time and it has a diverse population.

The house has all necessary facilities, washing machine, dryer, kitchen appliances and a garden, which is south facing and low maintenance,

The room is fully furnished with lovely views.

All bills, Council tax, WIFI is included.
