We are renting out one Double room in Walthamstow Central.

Move in date from the 22nd of March 2026. All bills included apart from electricity. Super fast Virgin broadband internet installed too. One month deposit and one month notice required.

It's a double room in a first floor flat with a kitchen and a bathroom. There is me and other friendly and considerate flatmate, Linh. There's also a small outdoor patio on the ground floor that's being converted into a small garden space and bike storage. Possible storage in the attic too.

It's just 7 minute walk from Walthamstow Central underground (Victoria Line), 5 minute walk from Walthamstow Queens Road station (overground) and a similar walking distance from Walthamstow Village. There's also plenty of buses going in all directions from Walthamstow Central.

Victoria line will get you to central London in 20-30 minutes (door to door) depending on where you need to go and Overground takes you to Liverpool Street station within 20-25 minutes so it's a very well connected location.
