This room is for a single person. Couples not acceptable.

The rooom has good quality furniture (Ikea): a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers as well as a table and chair.

The rent for the double room is £690/month. The deposit is £690.

All bills are paid by the landlord, except for the gas and electricity bill which the housemates share and which at the moment, on average, is about £35/month per person. The landlord pays for the Council Tax, the water bill, the infinite Wi-Fi, and the regular cleaner who keeps the general areas well-maintained.
You are expected to keep your room clean and tidy as well as clean after yourself in the general areas.

The property comprises a spacious and comfortable lounge/diner, a fully fitted kitchen, and a fully fitted bathroom, and the added facility of a separate WC room with a basin as well as a sunny garden with dining facility.
