-a double bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, hanging wardrobe, chest of drawers and a side table

-private main bathroom to yourself, which has a bath and shower, loo, large mirror covering 1/2 of one wall

-shared sitting room/kitchen area

-outdoor terrace

-12 mins on the 158 bus to Blackhorse Road
-15 mins on the Victoria line Tube from Blackhorse Road to Oxford Circus

-Lloyd Park, Blackhorse Breweries, independent coffee shops, gyms, Yonder Climbing Centre, yoga studios and lots of sports bits.
-Coop 30 seconds walk from the flat
-Big Sainsbury’s 15min walk away

-ideally 12 month contract with 6 month break clause

You’d be living with Poppy+Lucy (a couple) and Jiminy Cricket 🐱.We’re looking for someone who is chill and will slot in well, enjoys hanging out occasionally as well as having our own space.
Not a party house, a place to decompress in and enjoy a safe space away from the London chaos!

Poppy is a freelance actor and trainee stunt performer, a sports enthusiast!
She works from home quite a lot when not on shoots so ideally looking for someone who works outside of the flat to keep the balance-but open to some days WFH.

Lucy-works for a company that puts up structures at events like Hyrox, F1 etc. Also loves sports, house and disco music and is a foodie.

Jiminy Cricket-my cat, he WFH every day, looking for people who are good with and love animals are very welcomed!
