The property is well situated in the St. James Street area of Walthamstow, close to Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line), St. James Street overground station (20 mins to Liverpool Street) and is close to all local amenities including St. James’ Park, Wetlands Nature Reserve, gyms, Walthamstow Market with an array of stalls, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops as well as a great Farmers Market on a Sunday.

The new housemate should be a mature, working professional. That’s clean and tidy and loves animals, as will be sharing the house with my partner and I and small dog. My home is a clean, calm and spacious environment. I would like to share my home with someone who will treat my home like a home. Preferably, someone who works outside of the home, as I work from home.
