About the Space:

I have a spacious double room available in the Higham Hill area of Walthamstow, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Lloyd Park.

The bedroom is very large and can come furnished or unfurnished. It features a double bed, a desk, and two built-in storage cupboards. (Please note: the furniture in the photos is currently mine and will be replaced with good-quality items for your move-in. The room is currently occupied, so it won’t be empty during viewings).

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with me. Please note there is no separate living room, but the bedroom offers plenty of private space to relax and work.

The flat has fantastic transport links:

- Walking distance to Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road stations (both Victoria Line & Overground).

- The W11 bus stops right outside heading to Blackhorse Road.

- The 158 bus is a 5-minute walk away.

- Close to the Walthamstow Wetlands and Lloyd Park—perfect if you love running, cycling, or being outdoors.

About Me & The Vibe:

I am a 32-year-old female working in education. I work from home 2 to 3 days a week. I am clean, quiet, and considerate. While I am social and enjoy cooking, the gym, cycling, drawing, and a pint of Guinness at the local pub, I also highly value my alone time.

My home is a quiet, peaceful sanctuary to relax. I am looking for a flatmate with a similar vibe—someone who is happy to chat and share a casual conversation, but also enjoys their own space and independence.

I share my home with my small, incredibly friendly dog. She is hypoallergenic, so shedding is not an issue, but you must genuinely love dogs and be comfortable living with one!

The Details:

- Rent: £690 per month.

- Bills: Council tax, gas, electricity, and water will be split 50/50 monthly (or we can discuss a fixed bills-included total).

- Availability: Late October / Early November 2026.

- A formal Lodger Agreement will be signed before move-in.
