Double room with ensuite available in a house-share in walthamstow. The room has plenty of windows so is bright and airy. It includes a bed and mattress, two fitted wardrobes and a small set of drawers. On the ground floor theres a big open plan communal living/dining room with three sofas and a tv set up. The kitchen is a good size and leads out onto the garden.

In terms of your roomates; you’d be sharing with Char (30) who works in systems in the education sector. Char likes going to the theatre, video games, and going for walks in the local Wetlands. Elly, age 30,

The house is not a party home, the girls have their own things going on but enjoy catch ups in front of the tv.

Walthamstow is a great area to live in, its easily commutable with access to both the overground (St James street- 5 minute walk) and the underground (Blackhorse road-15 minute walk). The high street has plenty of shops cafes and restaurants and is really buzzy on the weekends. It’s also close to the River Lee and the Leyton marshes which is lovely to walk around.
