Double bed in garden flat in Walthamstow

Hi, I’m Lewis, a 33 year old professional and live-in landlord. I’m looking for a new lodger to take over my current housemate’s room from September 2026.

A bit about me: I’m sociable, easy going, and enjoy keeping active. My hobbies include going to the gym, running, cooking, gaming, and reading (pretty much your standard millennial). I like to keep the flat clean, tidy, and relaxed, and I’m looking for someone who would fit well into that environment.

I’m ideally looking for a professional of a similar age who has their own interests, hobbies, and social life, but who also enjoys a friendly chat and occasional socialising at home. It’s important to me that whoever moves in is respectful of the flat, considerate, and helps maintain a clean and tidy living space.

Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for couples or pets.

About the flat: This is a two bed flat with shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and garden.

The room is a double room which is currently furnished, however, if the person taking on the room would like it to be unfurnished / furniture removed this can be arranged.

The flat is located near St James Street overground that takes you straight to Liverpool street and the nearest tubes are Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Central.

The monthly rent is £1200 and this includes all bills (rent, electricity, gas, water, WiFi & council tax).
