Lovely fully furnished double room available from September until December 2026, for a professional looking for MONDAY to FRIDAY accommodation only.

The house is in a quiet residential area between Blackhorse Road and Lloyd Park, with excellent transport connections. Blackhorse Road Station is less than a 15-minute walk away, with easy access to Central London via the Victoria line and Overground. There are also bus stops within around a 3-minute walk of the house.

The house is shared with two sisters in their mid-30s. We are friendly, clean and respectful, and enjoy a relaxed home. This is not a party house and would suit someone looking for a comfortable home-from-home while working in London during the week.

The bedroom is approximately 3.93m x 2.40m and comes fully furnished with a double bed and storage.

The house has two bathrooms, shared between just three people in total. There is also a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a separate laundry room, and a lovely garden.

All bills are included, including council tax, gas/electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

We are looking for a clean, considerate and respectful working professional who wants a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the working week.
