E17 Lovely relaxing ground apartment

I plan to travel till April 2027 and would like to rent my room out. The person needs to be clean and love cats and plants. I need this person to take good care of my cat and keep my plants alive.

The other flatmate is hardly here. She may sat a night a month or visit once a week. So you will essentially have the entire place to yourself most of the time. It has a new boiler and a high quality kitchen. Appliances include a vaccumm, steam ironing, airfryer, Samsung Washer/Dryer combo.

There is also an outdoor studio for you to work from as that's my office.

I have a good relationship with the neighbours upstairs who are very helpful. And if you are away for a few days, they will look after the cat.
