I have a double room to rent, 1 minute walk from South Woodford station (Central Line), which is a beautiful area of East London with independent shops.
I am looking for a laid back friendly female to rent the room for part of the week. The room is available Sunday to Friday for 3, 4 or 5 nights. The rent would be either £300 (3 nights), £400 (4 nights) or £500 (5 nights).
We are pescatarians and would not want meat to be cooked in the house. I would also prefer no visitors as I have a 9 year old. The kitchen and lounge are shared areas.
The room has a single sofa bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The bathroom is shared.
The room is for one adult only.
References and a deposit will be required.
