Looking for a lodger for my spare ensuite double bedroom which comes with its own new ensuite bathroom in a recently renovated and modern apartment within a private gated community. 2 minute walk from Snaresbrook central line station and Wanstead High Street.

The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard throughout, with a new kitchen that has top of the range Samsung appliances.

The apartment is within a Manor House that comes with immaculate grounds/garden which are only usable by private residents.

The apartment has its own private entrance and opens onto a garden and also comes with a car parking space and garage for additional storage space.

The apartment is currently kept to high standard. I am looking for someone who wants to live in such an environment, will appreciate keeping it this way. It is calm and very quiet, with no passing traffic.

The bedroom will come fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe etc. Although if someone would prefer their own furniture this can all be removed.

Bills will be shared with me 50/50, except for Broadband which I will cover. Bills are not very high currently with a new efficient boiler having been installed.
