Looking for a friendly female flatmate to share a contemporary, open\-plan, two\-bedroom new\-build apartment in South Woodford\.

I’m 24 and studying media\. I enjoy cooking classes, going to the cinema and exploring new places on days out\.

I have cerebral palsy and use a wheelchair full\-time, with a carer visiting daily to support me\. I’m open to sharing with someone who has a disability, or with anyone who is comfortable living with and respectful of my disability\.

The available room is a large, bright double bedroom with new furnishings\. The apartment is modern, spacious and open\-plan, making it a comfortable and welcoming home\.

South Woodford has plenty of amenities, including cafés, restaurants, a cinema and a fantastic farmers’ market on the high street, held every few weeks\. The Central line station is approximately a 10–12\-minute walk away, with local buses and supermarkets also within easy reach\.
