My current flatmate is buying his first home (sad to see him go!), so the room is available from the end of August.

The tenancy is managed through a fantastic estate agent who is super helpful and incredibly quick at processing applications, making the move-in process seamless.

The Bedroom: A fully furnished double room including a comfortable double bed, ample wardrobe space, direct access to a balcony, and an en suite with a full-size bath.

Living Space: Large, bright living room furnished with two comfy sofas, a dining table, and access to the balcony.

The Kitchen: Fully equipped for anyone who loves convenience. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, separate tumble dryer, and separate fridge and freezer.

I’m a 37-year-old gay guy working in digital for the NHS. My hours are typically 8-4 or 9-5. I work from home most of the time (with occasional site visits).

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Personality-wise, I’m down-to-earth and pretty chilled. Outside of work, I love exploring local pubs, going out on the weekends, and finding fun activities around London.

Looking for a long-term commitment of at least 6 months.

Bills come in around £160 per month.
