My flatmate is moving to another country, so I’m looking for someone to take over his spacious, bright double room in our modern two-bedroom flat.
The room has been recently decorated, comes fully furnished, and gets plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The flat is in the St Katharine Docks / Tower Hill / Wapping (E1W) area, one of my favourite parts of London. It’s incredibly peaceful and safe while still being close to everything.
Walking distances:
Tower Hill Station – 12 minutes
Tower Gateway DLR – 10 minutes
Wapping Station – 15 minutes
Waitrose – 3 minutes
Tesco Express – 5 minutes
Fitness First – 5 minutes
Plenty of cafés, restaurants and St Katharine Docks – within 5 minutes
Tower Bridge – around 5 minutes away
You’ll also be around:
10 minutes to Central London by train
7 minutes to Canary Wharf

This is a clothing-optional flat. That simply means it’s completely normal here to be shirtless or occasionally nude when walking between the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen. It’s strictly non-sexual, respectful, and just part of how the flat operates simply for comfort.
If you’re comfortable around the human body and value personal freedom while maintaining high standards of hygiene and respect, you’ll fit in well. If that isn’t your thing, that’s absolutely okay too - this probably just isn’t the right home for you.
