We all really love living here! I work in TV, Sandeep is an opera singer completing his PhD & Tom is a writer & school teacher.

We enjoy hanging out together and despite leading independent lives we’d love someone we can be friends with and who enjoys chatting and catching up. We also have a very clean, chilled & friendly vibe that we’d love to maintain.

We’re all super friendly, in our Late 20’s early 30’s and are looking for another woman or non-binary person to join our home!

About the room 🌞
• It get’s lots of natural light and is located at the top of the house next to the bathroom
• Although one of the smaller rooms on the house, it is cosy and still quite spacious

About the house 🏡:
• Guests are welcome and we even have a guest room for visitors!
• Bills are approximately £100 PCM (includes Wifi, gas, electric, water & council tax)
• Two shared bathrooms (one shower) shared by me & Sandeep & you
• Indirect garden access available to all
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven ect)
• Clean as everyone cleans up after themselves + a cleaner is available for bigger jobs or when everyone’s busy

About the area📍:
• Quiet/ gated community with great connections
• 5 minute walk to Wapping overground, 15 minute walk to Shadwell and has great cycle routes

Financials💷:
• The rent is currently £570 (we’re negotiating to keep it as close to this as possible)
• Bills are approx £100 PCM
• The deposit is £550 + £100 to cover the cost of furniture
