The room is a fully furnished double room with a foldaway desk and is available from end of Jan 2026.
The rent is £1250 pcm (inclusive of all bills).
For short term lets (i. e. six months or less), the rent is £1500 per month; £425 per week for periods shorter than three months. All figures inclusive of bills.
Monday to Friday lets are fine too. Price negotiable.
