Hi there!

We are looking for a 3rd person to sublet my room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Bethnal Green/ Shoreditch- E2 6BZ.

The room is available from October 15. Minimum of 1-month stay, and flexible to discuss longer stays.

You’ll be living with Imogen and Amelia. We’ve lived in the flat for over two years now, and love the location! We are easy-going and social, but also respect each other's personal space. Looking for someone with all these qualities, and who loves a clean house ☺️

- furnished double room
- Price is £1000 per month + bills (internet, water, council tax, heating & electric) are about £100-150 a month depending on usage and time of the year.
- Deposit is one month’s rent
- Location is great! About 5-10 minute walk to Shoreditch High Street Station overground & 10 minute-walk to Bethnal Green Station
- Huge shared living room with Juliette balcony and sunshine!
- Loads of shared hallway storage
- Fully equipped kitchen & washing machine
