Room available for 1 month (June only).

We have a lovely room available in our East London flat, ideal for a clean, respectful female lodger. This would suit someone who is working full-time or studying (no working from home).

The room is my daughter’s, who has just gone off to university. We recently had a great lodger, who will be leaving at the end of May after completing her studies.

At the moment, I’m offering the room for a short-term stay throughout June.

Whilst we’re in the heart of everything, our flat is tucked away from the road, offering a quiet, peaceful, and well-lit space to relax after a busy day.

About the Room:

Who We Are:
This is our home – I’m a primary school teacher and I live here with my 22-year-old son. We both work full time. We are respectful, clean, friendly, considerate. We enjoy travelling, nature, sports, theatre and good food.

Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for a clean, considerate female who will treat our home with care. Someone who is tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and happy to share basic housework responsibilities to keep the home clean and welcoming.

House Rules:
* No overnight guests
* No smoking inside or by the window
* No parties
* No bicycles inside
* No pets
* Shared housework – we all do our part
* Quiet, respectful environment
* Shoes at entrance

Rent & Bills:
* £800/month
* Plus shared electric & gas bills (everything else included)
* £800 deposit
* References required
