Bright Large Double Bedroom Shoreditch High Street

Hello! My current flatmate is moving back to Denmark in September, so looking for someone to takeover her room :) We need to start the transfer process by the beginning of July. I am down for a coffee if you'd like to know more or get to know each other a little in person!

BEDROOM
Her room is a super large double bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe and a closet, as well as large window. We get great daylight throughout the day.
(The desk and office chair are not there anymore btw)

GREAT TRANSPORT LINKS
The apartment is a 5 min walk away from Shoreditch High Street Station, 15 min walk away from Liverpool St, Old Street, Bethnal Green stations. Also near Columbia Road Flower Market and Brick Lane.

SHARED SPACES
First Floor apartment has a large living room, tv is hidden in the cupboard. Large dining area with a beautiful wooden table, beautiful kitchen with green tiles. Two bathrooms - we usually share the big one but the small one also has a shower.
Great storage spaces, a lot of shelves and another closet in the hallway.

UTILITIES
Dishwasher. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer is in the pantry :)

FULLY FURNISHED, including dishes, vacuum, iron etc!

A LITTLE ABOUT ME :)
Im a photographer and surveyor full-time. Im also pursuing an arts career on the side - I paint and make installations. I did my masters last year in photography and studies architecture before that. Friends would describe me as gentle, quiet and calm. I love reading, drawing, music and secretly getting imaginary married in my room x I also love long walks so Im outside quite frequently. There are a lot of green spaces around, good coffee shops nearby. Hackney is a short walk away.

Bills arent included - Water, gas and electricity. Council Tax also but she is a masters student so we were not eligible for council tax so far.
