Cosy single room to rent in shared flat

I am moving out and looking for a suitable flatmate to replace me. Students or professionals welcome.

The room is a compact single room in a two storey flat (3rd & 4th floor of the building) in Tower Hamlets. 10 min walk to Whitechapel underground; 12 min walk to Bethnal Green underground; 7 min walk to Brick Lane; 15 min walk to Spitalfields market; 20 min walk to Liverpool St Station.

There is one bathroom and one additional small toilet in the flat, shared with the other tenants. There is a kitchen and no other shared living area.

The flat has a washing machine & dryer and everyone has their own fridge freezer(!) - this room comes with a large fridge freezer in the kitchen.

The 3 other flatmates are professionals or students and are all very respectful and friendly. The landlord is very friendly, helpful and responsive and expects very good care to be taken of the flat.

There is no space for a bike inside the flat but there are rentable bike lockers 30s from the building (currently no wait-list).

ESSENTIAL: New tenant must be very clean and tidy in the shared spaces and must be respectful, including quiet at night times.
