Shared boutique-style maisonette flat in the heart of trendy East End with easy reach to the city.

We are looking for someone to stay in our spare room. We are a little family living in a maisonette with balcony. Our living quarters are upstairs. The guest room along with (shared) shower/ bathroom is also upstairs and living room , kitchen and balcony is downstairs. We are quiet, go to bed early, up early, into our health, family and work.

This is a real statement apartment — calm, nurturing and beautifully considered. The shared living and kitchen spaces are newly refurbished throughout, with bespoke furniture, original artwork, and Farrow & Ball finishes. The kitchen is brand new with a Miele oven, AEG induction hob, American fridge-freezer and a large marble dining table — perfect for slow breakfasts or unwinding after a long London day. Designed and lived in by an artist-designer owner-occupier, it feels genuinely homely, not generic.

Insanely amazing neighbourhood: Quiet, convenient and in the heart of trendy East London. Walking distance to Broadway Market, Columbia Road Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Shoreditch and Spitalfields. Trendy cafes and restaurants within 5-10 min walk (Hackney Coffee Company, Nkora, Ozone, Love Shack, Rogue, Harvest, Yeast, Approach Tavern, Silver Star Chinese etc ) , including grocery (Co-op, Tesco, Nisa), pharmacy (Bees, Borno), post office, gym/ swimming (fitness for less, York Hall), museums/ culture (V&A childhood museum, Vyner street). Most of these are within a 4 min walk!! We are very lucky. The Royal London Hospital is about a 20 minute walk away.
