Hey everyone! I am moving in with my partner, so my lovely, bright room in our calm three-person flat is becoming available.

The flat is in such a fantastic spot right on Hackney Road—literally just one block away from Columbia Road, so you can easily pop over to the Sunday flower market. You are also super close to Hackney City Farm, Shoreditch Park, Hoxton, and Brick Lane, with an Aldi right across the road for your daily groceries. Getting around is an absolute breeze too, as Hoxton Overground station is a 5-minute walk, buses stop right outside, and there is a Lime bike bay right in front of the building along with secure private bike parking.

Inside, the room has been recently painted, is completely mould-free, and gets gorgeous natural light. It comes fully furnished with a comfy bed, work desk, chest of drawers, a three-door mirrored wardrobe, and a full-length mirror.

You will be sharing the flat with just two other quiet, friendly flatmates (three people total in the apartment), sharing one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine.

The rent is £950 per month with all bills included.
