A double room is available from the 4th of March 2026 in our beautiful and sunny flat located next to Hackney Farm/Columbia Road flower market.

The room is very spacious (bigger than your average double room), with laminate wood flooring and white neutral décor, and furniture and shelves to match.
It is very bright, has windows on both sides and could be separated in day and night living spaces.
It's very quiet and allows for nice nights of sleep, and there is no noisy neighbours; it is on the last floor, so no neighbours above.
One side of the room faces a nice communal garden of the building, which hardly anyone uses.
The room has just been redecorated, and comes with a double bed, with a recently purchased mattress, spacious desk with office chair, wall wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, and many shelves.
The windows also have fully blanking rolling blinds on both sides.
The old school wooden cabinet on the pictures has been replaced with a matching one for the smaller white one on the pictures.

The flat (3 bedrooms) is over 3 floors, has a kitchen (washing machine, 2 fridges, freezers, cooker, oven, etc.), a dining room, balcony, bathroom, and a separate toilet.
There is a fast fibre connection.
The building has a communal garden.

We are looking for a friendly student/professional, with good cleaning standard, that respects other people timetable, space and tranquility, but at the same time is up for a chat and sharing a drink, meal.
We are not 24hrs party animals, therefore we are looking for someone a bit more on the chilled side.
We try to have a healthy lifestyle, doing yoga/pilates, love food, music, and art, and the occasional night out.
We are open-minded and open to diversity.

No smoking indoor (but you can smoke on the balcony).

The rent is £230 per week, £1000 pcm (a month), and 1 month deposit (£1000) is required when securing the room, and 1 month in advance (£1000) is required when entering the place.

The flat is located in an extremely well-connected spot, with busses 26,55, N26, N55 stopping just next to the building.
Only 8 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube station (central line), 5 minutes to Cambridge Heath train station (mainland rail), and 10 minutes to Hoxton Station.

The area has a very nice vibe over the weekends with Columbia Road Flower market and Hackney farm just a few minutes walk, Broadway Market and London Fields only 10 minutes away, and 15 minutes to Shoreditch nightlife.
Proximity makes it the perfect spot for easy reach to the coolest parts of east London to hang out.
