I'm subletting my entire 1 bedroom flat (live/work) from the start of July until end of December 2026 (potential to be flexible). Ideal for either a single person, a couple, or two friends. Looking for someone who will take care of the space like it's their own.

The unit is located within a large, converted warehouse building in Hackney Wick, with several neighbouring units housing young, creative professionals.

The flat comes with a double bedroom, a large living room/kitchen area, bathroom with shower & bathtub, and a mezzanine floor with a flexible workspace.

This airy warehouse loft is ideal if you need space to work and create, great for film/photo, for use as an artist studio etc.

The living room/kitchen area is huge, with natural daylight and a cozy sofa area. The kitchen is newly equipped with stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.

The bedroom is cozy and bright, with a kingsize memory foam mattress and a TV.

Hackney Wick has a bunch of amazing cafes, lunch and dinner spots within 2 min walk from the flat, as well as two supermarkets open until late. The canal is in front of your doorstep with many beautiful spots for walks — Victoria park within 5 min walking distance. Hackney Wick Overground Station 8 mins walking distance. Also countless bars, pubs, breweries, clubs and a vibrant nightlife.
