- Flat is in Bow Quarter which has a gym and pool (membership £10 a month), off-licence, concierge, estate office etc
- 5-10 minute walk to Bow Church DLR / 15 minute walk to Bow Road tube
- 24 hour Co-Op near Bow Church DLR
- 15 minute walk to large Tesco
- 15 minute walk to Victoria Park
- 30 minute walk to Westfield Stratford / 2 stops on DLR

About me:
- Just finished my PhD and planning on going travelling in a few weeks (you might have the flat to yourself for a few months)
