Just minutes from Victoria Park, Broadway Market & London Fields, a short ride to Shoreditch, Spitfields, Dalston or the city. 15 min walk to Stratford station.

THE ROOM
Good size en-suite room . Fully furnished Double bed, with large wardrobe. Large en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. Plenty of space for a desk too.

The apartment is on the top floor of Omega Works, which has 24 hour security & concierge useful for all your daytime deliveries.

THE PEOPLE
You will be sharing with 3 other fun professionals in their thirties and early 40s, one girl and two guys, all in music, design and property. We all live busy lives and are easy to get on with, like to hang out over brunch or dinner when we have time, everyone likes to keep the flat nice and tidy too :).

THE DETAILS
All bills including the cleaner are £300 per month. The cleaner comes twice a month and cleans all of the flat including bedrooms and en-suites too. All bills are electricity /water/council tax/ Netflix high-speed Hyperoptic fiberoptic with boosters around the flat. Bills also include all cleaning equipment.

So the total cost is £1,400 per month.
