We have a room available in our lovely warehouse.

The room is £580 - This includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, internet), a cleaner 3x per week, toilet paper/kitchen towels and cleaning supplies.

The space is huge, with 2 bathrooms. There’s a possibility of getting a mezzanine built at some point to allow for a little more space.

You'll be sharing the place with some of the best housemates you could ever hope to find, ages ranging from early to late 20s and a whole mix of different professions (music, engineer, bartenders, trainee tattooist etc).

During the week we are respectful of each other’s work hours and keep it calm, but come the weekend we like to party/hangout.

This place is very much home to us and as such we are looking for someone who will fit into our little warehome family! We're not taking couples at this time, and we’re looking for long term interest.

The room is available from now. Deposit is equivalent to first months rent.
