We have studios available in our big warehouse on Fish Island:

3 Studios Studio - £600-780 inc bills

We're looking for some new housemates to join us in our live/work/create warehouse in Fish Island. We're a big LGBTIQA+ and BAME friendly house of 22 - (24 people when we're full). We're looking for creative, respectful, and kindhearted people to join our community.
Large warehouse with multiple workspaces including a workshop, an office spaces and a studio and would like other people who would enjoy sharing these creative spaces.
All bills are included, apart from a £10 kitty paid monthly, which pays for cleaning supplies and toilet paper.

Everyone does one hour a week as a cleaning shift within the house to keep the place tidy.

As a house, we are age from 22 - 43 and would like someone 22+ to join us to keep the balance.
