Beautiful double room w ensuite in Hackney Wick flat with canal view.

I’m looking for a chill, friendly & fun female flatmate in my amazing top floor apartment, available from September 8th.

The flat has amazing canal views from the balcony, has incredible high ceilings and is super spacious. The flat will be unfurnished, but I will have furnished a lot of the communal space and I’m happy to put together to get some more homely furnishings. The building is secure with a concierge.

The room is unfurnished and has a big ensuite bathroom with a bath. The pics are of my room, but the available room is the same size.

The flat is a 10 min walk to Vicky Park and 20 min walk to Hackney Marshes so we’re surrounded by green. The flat is a 7 min walk to Hackney Wick Overground and a 20 min walk to Stratford Station.

I am looking for someone casual & friendly who wants to make the flat a home, and is very clean & tidies up after themselves. I tend to be pretty busy with work/ socialising so I’m looking for someone who does their own thing, and can respect each others space when needed, but is also down for drinks / making dinner / nights in watching TV when we’re both in. Living with someone I get on well with is important and you’d ideally be between 25-30, working a mix of office / home or fully in the office.
