Double room WITH ensuite bathroom in Hackney Wick

Hello!

I am looking for a SUMMER SHORT TERM LET for my double bedroom with ensuite bathroom of my brand new flat in Fish Island - Hackney Wick.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

You will have the largest room with ensuite bathroom.

The building is from 2021, and it has all the modern facilities you would expect in a new building (dishwasher, washing machine etc.). It is well furnished, and it has a large balcony.

The location is right on the Lea River, with Hackney Wick, Stratford and Pudding Mill Lane stations at 10/15 min walking distance.

The area is very quiet but it is only a 10 min walk from buzzy Hackney Wick. As the building is right on the canal, you can just walk downstairs and go for a stroll or a run by the canal. The area is very green and it is surrounded by parks (Victoria park and the Olympic park are both 10/15 min walk).

You will share with a very nice Canadian guy, age 31, working in Tech, a friendly and easy-going professional who likes to travel, the outdoors, and is into sports.

I like to keep the flat tidy, peaceful and clean.
