Short Term: Whole house, from 3 June - 3 July 2024. Fully furnished & fully equipped - bills & fast Wi-fi included in the rent. Towels, beddings & essentials are provided (so like airbnb but much cheaper. No hidden fees!).

In a beautiful conservation area (area of special. architectural & historic interest, with rows of Victorian houses). All rooms are very spacious. Original wooden flooring throughout. Please see the floor-plan to appreciate the size of the house.

Bedroom 1: 4.7m x 3.5m (15'2" x 11'6")
- Mahogany double bed with brand-new Nectar mattress
- Ample storage with a wardrobe, desk & director chair.

Bedroom 2: 3.5m x 3m (11'6" x 9'11")
- Cast-iron Double bed with mattress
- Ample storage
- We always use mattress protectors beside beddings to keep the mattress clean

Living Room I & II: total 4m x 7.5m (13'1" x 24'6")
- Sofa, TV and chairs

Kitchen: 7m x 3m (23' x 9'10")
- Fully equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, and an extendable dining table.
- Le Creuset pots & Wusthof knives, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave, coffee grinder, cutlery.
- Ample storage.

Garden: 6.5m x 4.6m
- with barbecue (you do not need to look after the garden).

About 10 minutes walk to Mile End station, 3 minute walk to Mile End Park & 8 minute walk to Victoria Park; 4 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores.

Extra dining chairs and an extra desk can be provided.

I will show you my ID, proof of work etc before you make any payment. And I will need copies of your ID and proof of work and reference, so we can be sure that we can trust each other (to prevent scamming).

Please note about the kitchen: the huge oven is temperamental but the stove works fine, and we have a portable oven & an air-fryer you can use.

This house has 3 bedroom but we will use the smallest bedroom for our storage when we are away for the periods mentioned above.
